A powder-metallurgy premix route built around the base powder, lubricant and additive system, compaction conditions and sintered-part target. The route is confirmed in the current Luyin product range; formula and performance values remain controlled until a current TDS and review basis are supplied.
Confirm the premix route, trial quantity, document status and a comparable quotation basis.
A useful review starts with the current formulation or the performance gap. Luyin can then confirm whether the requested route is within current supply scope and which controlled documents are available.
No premix grade, formula ratio or performance value is presented as current supply data on this local page. Those items require a controlled Luyin document and current supply confirmation.

This is a qualification-route matrix, not a technical specification. Formula values and batch guarantees are intentionally absent.
The illustrated base-powder choices are water-atomized pure iron, water-atomized pre-alloyed steel and diffusion-alloyed steel. Nickel, carbon and copper are examples of additions, not a universal recipe.
Agree the base grade, composition, lubricant, pressing conditions and evaluation targets. Actual batch results are provided in the COA.
Follow the complete premix production routeThe diagram shows the alternative base powders, formulation additions, bonding, lubricant addition and final mixing as separate steps.
Alternative base powders
Select the base powder for the formulation; these are alternative starting routes.
Follow the numbered sequence.
Production sequence: catalogue, printed pages 12–15. Process steps are shown separately from product qualification and batch release. Actual batch results follow the COA.
Compare all eight production routesPurchasing and engineering receive the same controlled route status. A public family name never substitutes for a current formulation, release method or batch document.

Send the current formula or target process. We first confirm route fit and evidence availability; this page does not promise an unpublished grade.
