Privacy Policy

How we handle business enquiries, website records and privacy choices.

Version date: 22 October 2026

Who we are

Shandong Luyin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (山东鲁崟新材料科技有限公司), Shandong, China, operates this website under the Luyin Powders brand and is responsible for the personal information it handles through this website and its business enquiry process.

For privacy questions or requests, contact our Business Department at info@lypowders.com or +86 187 6532 0579.

Information you provide

When the online enquiry form is available, it collects your work email, company name and the business or technical information you provide. Work email, company name and acknowledgement of the privacy notice are required. The online form also requires the security-path choice and check, and the separate overseas-enquiry choice. Reading acknowledgement is separate from these processing choices. Product and application requests require enough information to understand the requirement; a supplier-document request does not require a product specification. Without required information, the form cannot accept the enquiry. Contact name, phone number and other optional fields can be left blank. JavaScript is required for the online form and its receipt controls.

For an accepted online submission, we keep the enquiry reference, submission time, notice version and handling or notification status with the information you provide. We store the enquiry in the website register and, when enquiry notifications are enabled, use our business email to notify our team. A notification does not by itself confirm that the enquiry has been read or handled. Website file uploads are unavailable; mention documents you wish to share and our team will explain the next step.

You can also contact us by email at info@lypowders.com. The same enquiry, qualification-document, quotation and sample-review services are available by email, with the same initial technical response within 24 hours after receiving a usable requirement. Choosing email or declining the form’s security check does not add a charge, lower your priority or require you to return to the form. We may ask for necessary missing technical information.

Email does not require this website’s Cloudflare check or a form-choice receipt. It still uses our business email service and is handled by our team in China as described below; choosing email does not avoid all personal-information or overseas processing. We receive the contact details, correspondence and business or technical information you choose to send. Please provide only information you are authorised to share. Contact us before sending confidential drawings or other material that needs a separate handling arrangement.

How we use enquiry information

For enquiries sent through the online form, we rely on your purpose-specific choices to start the security check and to record, review and respond to your enquiry, including notifying our team when enquiry notifications are enabled.

We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, answer questions and prepare relevant technical or commercial responses. If the discussion progresses, relevant information may also be used to arrange samples, quotations, orders and export support. We also use information where needed to protect our services and meet applicable legal obligations.

We review and store correspondence, communicate with you and, where relevant, keep necessary information in quotation, sample or order records.

The website also keeps technical error records to investigate faults and protect the service. Their routine retention is described below.

Your enquiry and security choices do not subscribe you to marketing. Acknowledging that you have read the privacy notice is separate from those choices. Cookie choices are managed separately through Cookie preferences.

Services and access to information

Our website is hosted on a Vultr server in Singapore. Our business team in China handles enquiries. The information involved therefore may be processed outside your country.

We use NetEase enterprise email to handle business correspondence and, when website enquiry notifications are enabled, deliver those notifications to our team in China. For our mailbox service, NetEase processes the relevant contact details and message content on our behalf. For requests concerning your enquiry, contact Luyin at info@lypowders.com. NetEase's enterprise-mail Privacy Policy explains its provider practices; personal-information questions may also be sent to Privacy@service.netease.com.

Relevant information may also be shared with personnel and providers involved in technical review, quotations, samples, order administration, payment, shipping or customs when needed for the business concerned. We may disclose information where required by applicable law. An external contact service, such as WhatsApp, handles information under its own privacy rules when you choose to use it.

When the online enquiry form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish human visitors from bots and protect the enquiry form. After you select Allow Cloudflare and start security check and our server successfully records your security-choice receipt in Singapore, the form loads Turnstile. If the receipt cannot be recorded, Turnstile does not load. It then processes technical signals including IP address and browser or device information. Starting the check does not submit your enquiry. If you prefer not to start it, you can email info@lypowders.com. Once Turnstile has loaded, closing a check does not undo information already processed. Our server also sends your IP address to Cloudflare when verifying the token; it does not include enquiry text, names or email addresses in that verification payload. Cloudflare acts on our behalf for website protection and as a controller to improve its bot detection. See its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare describes retention according to purpose, risk, contractual and legal needs; the published token-validity and analytics lookback windows are not deletion periods for all signals. Its general policy describes processing in the US, EEA and other operating locations, rather than a guarantee of processing only in China or Singapore.

When the online enquiry form is enabled, we also use a short-lived security counter derived from an IP address and email address to limit repeated submissions. That counter is separate from analytics. Turnstile pre-clearance is disabled; this does not mean Turnstile processes no personal information.

Retention

The website enquiry register uses a retention deadline of 180 days from creation. Marking an enquiry as in progress or handled does not restart that period. Expiry and deletion are separate: removal takes place when the enquiry cleanup process runs.

Scheduled deletion of expired website enquiry records is not currently enabled. The 180-day deadline does not itself remove a stored record.

If an enquiry develops into a quotation, sample or order, relevant information may be transferred manually into our separate business records. The website register's 180-day period does not describe the retention of those records, email correspondence or backups. Deleting cookies or changing Cookie preferences does not delete an enquiry or those other records.

For ordinary enquiry emails that have not developed into a quotation, sample, order or continuing business obligation, we review whether the correspondence should be kept or deleted after 12 months without substantive business communication. Advertising and automatic replies do not restart this period. This is a manual review rule, not an automatic deletion deadline. A request to exercise a privacy right can be made at any time; you do not have to wait for that review.

Daily rotation is configured for the website's web-server and PHP error logs, with routine retention of approximately 30 days. This is not a guarantee that each entry is deleted exactly 30 days after it is recorded. A rotation failure, or preservation for a documented investigation, may extend retention. This rule applies only to those error logs; other system logs and backup copies are managed separately.

Quotation, sample, order and legally required records are assessed separately according to their purpose, ongoing obligations and applicable retention requirements. Website backups and email-provider copies follow separate service and recovery arrangements; deleting an active record does not necessarily remove every backup copy at the same time.

Cookies and optional tools

We use Complianz to remember privacy choices. GA4, Clarity, advertising and session replay are currently disabled on this website. Selecting Accept does not start those tools. You can reopen Cookie preferences and select Decline to withdraw an earlier acceptance of optional categories. Read our Cookie Policy for storage details and controls.

Privacy requests

Contact info@lypowders.com to ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the law that applies and the processing involved, other rights may include restricting or objecting to processing, receiving a portable copy, withdrawing consent where processing relies on it, or complaining to the relevant supervisory authority.

Please tell us what you would like us to do and provide enough information to help us locate the relevant correspondence or record, such as the email address you used or an enquiry reference if you have one.

We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the records concerned. Our advertised initial technical-response time concerns business enquiries; it is not a promise to complete a privacy request within that time.

Choices, recipients and withdrawal

The details below also cover existing enquiry and choice records. See the Contact page for the online privacy controls currently available. If those controls are unavailable, email info@lypowders.com to make a privacy request.

When you use the online enquiry form, we record a security-choice receipt before loading Cloudflare. The receipt is held on our website server in Singapore, hosted by Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC). It contains a random reference, time, notice version and choice state. No enquiry fields or raw IP copy are placed in that receipt. Normal connection processing still occurs.

Cloudflare, Inc. uses browser and connection signals for protection and independent improvement of bot detection; processing may occur in the United States, EEA and other operating locations. Contact dpo@cloudflare.com for its independent processing. Vultr’s privacy contact route is its contact page. Accepted website enquiries are registered in Singapore. When enabled, notifications use NetEase enterprise email to reach our team in China. NetEase’s mailbox-service role, official privacy policy and contact are described under Services and access to information.

Our adopted rule is to manually review choice receipts 30 days after creation if no enquiry is linked, or 180 days after successful linking to an enquiry. Reaching a review date does not automatically delete the record or extend the website enquiry register’s separate 180-day deadline. The ordinary enquiry-email 12-month review rule above also remains unchanged. Before disposal, we check for stored enquiries whose linking was incomplete, withdrawals, outstanding notifications, privacy requests, disputes and any continuing need to preserve evidence. Records needing separate handling are not removed merely because a review date has arrived. Any proposed deletion and the copies affected require a separate decision.

Authorization to make a new submission expires after 30 minutes; this is separate from the manual review periods. Expiry does not automatically delete records. Automatic cleanup remains disabled.

The separate security action records the security and receipt-storage choices. The unselected overseas-enquiry checkbox and Send enquiry for review action record the submission choices. Reading acknowledgment is separate. Keep each private receipt code to use the withdrawal controls. Each code must be handled separately; the control does not withdraw every previous choice. Confirmed online withdrawal reloads the page and clears unsent details and the codes shown there, so save anything you need first. Confirmed withdrawal prevents new notification starts based on that choice and prompts our team to stop further handling based on it. Processing already in progress may complete; signals and emails already sent cannot be recalled. We may retain limited records where needed to meet applicable legal obligations or handle your privacy request, and will explain the applicable reason.

If your code is lost, JavaScript is unavailable or online withdrawal fails, email info@lypowders.com with your request and the email address or enquiry reference used, if available. We use necessary, proportionate checks and do not routinely ask for identity documents. A security-choice record may not be identifiable if no enquiry was submitted and its code is lost. An email request does not itself confirm that automated notification has stopped; we will explain what has been confirmed and what remains pending.

Our team handles email withdrawal requests after verifying the requester and the scope of the request. We will explain whether future notification starts have been blocked or whether a notification had already started and its outcome remains to be checked. Marking an enquiry as handled does not itself record withdrawal or stop notifications. The 24-hour initial technical-response commitment is not a deadline for completing privacy requests.
