Bonded Premixes

A powder-metallurgy premix route built around the base powder, lubricant and additive system, compaction conditions and sintered-part target. The route is confirmed in the current Luyin product range; formula and performance values remain controlled until a current TDS and review basis are supplied.

Define the mix architecture before asking for a grade.

A useful review starts with the current formulation or the performance gap. Luyin can then confirm whether the requested route is within current supply scope and which controlled documents are available.

No premix grade, formula ratio or performance value is presented as current supply data on this local page. Those items require a controlled Luyin document and current supply confirmation.

Define the formulation before specifying the premix.

The illustrated base-powder choices are water-atomized pure iron, water-atomized pre-alloyed steel and diffusion-alloyed steel. Nickel, carbon and copper are examples of additions, not a universal recipe.

Agree the base grade, composition, lubricant, pressing conditions and evaluation targets. Actual batch results are provided in the COA.

Evidence before formula commitment.

Purchasing and engineering receive the same controlled route status. A public family name never substitutes for a current formulation, release method or batch document.
