Make the export handoff traceable before the order moves.
Keep the product basis, packing requirement, document request and destination in one working record. Actual formats, routes and service terms are agreed for the order—not assumed from a website promise.

Six inputs make the export brief usable.
These fields let technical, commercial and shipping decisions stay attached to the same product requirement.
Four controlled handoffs. No detached promises.
The same requirement record should remain readable from technical alignment through the dispatch reference.
